The Challenge
Current existing standardized Client Gathering Forms encompassed only the minimum regulator requirements. In addition to several firm-wide forms, individual Advisors had developed their own forms to assist when gathering in-depth client information.
The Solution
Develop and produce a single rolling document that conforms to regulatory requirements that aids advisors in assisting their clients and seeking new business opportunities.
The result is a streamlined form document that empasizes the client interaction process and improves overall efficiency by reducing time and paperwork. The form was popular enough to receive National attention from the firm as an organizational 'best practice'.
The Challenge
Prior to the design and roll-out of the defined core competencies, employee year-end performance pay rating was subjective. Ratings were based solely on the discretion of each individual department manager.
The Solution
Working closely with the Senior Manager and the SVP of Human Resources, to objectively define the core competencies, performance objectives and requirements that employees must obtain to receive an 'Exceptional' year-end performance pay rating.
The result is a standardized evaluation form used across the enterprise, removed potential bias, adding consistency and clarity to standardized performance objectives.
